We (Natural Science Institute of Iceland, University of Iceland and the Iceland Ocean Cluster) would like to invite you to the first Copernicus Marine User Forum in Iceland that will take place the 19th of February 2026 in Grandagarður 16 in Reykjavík.
It will start with an offered (free) standing lunch, to meet other users, before introducing Copernicus Marine and its uses in Iceland. The event will have a learning opportunity for beginners and experts to start using MyOceanViewer to access Marine datasets. Finally, an interactive session will allow you to exchange with other users and give feedback on local needs and opportunities, that will be reported to Copernicus Marine to improve it for Iceland in future.
Take the opportunity to learn what you can do with Copernicus Marine and tell us what your needs are, in order to better coordinate as users.
In conclusion you can discuss and network with other users with drinks and refreshments.
This event is interesting for beginners and expert users, to build the network and give voice to your needs and use cases.
If in public administration, private company, student or private user, join us at the Copernicus Marine User Forum in Iceland on 19th February.
