Nordic Branch Meeting 2024 - Travelling

Keflavik airport (http://www.kefairport.is/english/) is the main international airport in Iceland. From there you find frequent bus connections to Reykjavik (https://www.re.is/flybus/ or https://www.re.is/flybus).

We leave from Askja (the Natural Science Building at University of Iceland) with rental cars at 8:30 AM on Wednesday morning, 30 October. The costs of travelling from Reykajvík to Hellisandur on Thursday and back to Reykjavík on Friday is included in the conference fee. Estimated time of return to Reykjavík is around 19:00 for those participating in the field excursion but around 14:30 for those skipping the field excursion.
